Can I RETURN my purchase?

  • There are no refunds and no returns. If there is a mix up in order on our staffs behalf we will honor the exchange only.

Are there any promotions right now?

  • If you signed up upon entering the website with your email you are sure to never miss any promotions that are currently running. You can also scroll to the bottom of any page on the website and enter your email address then click "Subscribe".

Can I lift and dye my extensions?

  • Absolutely! You can seek a professional to lift/ bleach and color your extensions. Make sure to keep them hydrated as it is 100% virgin hair and needs care just as if it was growing from your own scalp. 

Do I have the option to Partially pay for my extensions?

  • HBL Extensions is here for you. You most definitely have the option to partially pay for your extensions. There us absolutely No credit check and no social security number required if you chose to do the "30 day payment plan". 

What forms of payment does your store accept?

  • HBL Extensions accept a number of payment methods. We accept Paypal, Paypal credit, Square and Cash App. Major credit cards are accepted through PayPal and Square. If you choose to complete your payment with CashApp please contact Payments@HBLExtensions.com and customer service will send you an invoice for your records and a CashApp payment request.

Can i reuse my extensions?

  • Yes! You can reuse your extensions as many times as you want as long as you maintain proper care for your hair. Our extensions will last you you up to 2 yrs.

What is FlexPay?

  • This is the most common form of payment used on this website. HBL Extensions gives every consumer the option to make a down payment of 50% of their balance at checkout and then you have the option to choose a 30 day or 60 day final payment. Your order will not ship until final payment is received. For further details, please see "Payment Options" at the top of any page on this website. Please Click Here for payment option details.

How Long does Processing, shipping & handling take?

  • Once an order is paid in full after FLEXPAY processing is 1-2 business days and you should received your order in 3-5 business days. If you pay in full standard S&H still applies. Custom wig orders(dyes, styling, measurements) will take up to 20 business days to ship.
